BEST OF 2017

Bear and Pine has turned 1 year old this January!

To celebrate and brood over our first year, the exciting projects we completed and the wonderful people we met, I selected 28 photos of some (but not all) of our most memorable moments.

See our journey from Wimbledon, through Chelsea and Camber Sands, to Hungary and New Zealand.

January: we started out with doing mini shoots in the great Wimbledon outdoors, proving that cold weather can't stop us from taking fun photos.

February: same for windy weather. A family shoot in Kenilworth during storm Doris? No problem. Well, I did think it was rather breezy out there...

March: the greatest wedding I ever photographed, in Russell, New Zealand. Everything was so incredibly beautiful that it exceeded all expectations. The couple, the bay, the food (the wine!), the landscape, the starry nights...

April: children's fashion editorial for Hope Meets Art charity auction in Kensington. Read more here

May: the first London wedding of the year, in the stunning Mount Street Garden in Chelsea. And the first christening of 2017, in my favourite cathedral in Bayswater.

June: shooting for Mosaic at The Prince's Trust, meeting fantastic people at the Merton Chamber of Commerce, and making great plans for the future.

July: flying back and forth four times between Budapest and London, for a beautiful variety of weddings and family shoots. Of a Danehill wedding I think with a particularly warm heart.

August: enjoying the Wimbledon summer.

September: at the Merton Best Business Awards 2017 Bear and Pine came runner up in the Best New Business category. The best moment of the month.

October: fashion editorial shoot for Little Wardrobe London. Read more here. Followed by a 3 days long portrait session for snooker champions in Barnsley.

November: we teamed up with Dantastic Productions and took part in their super fun Halloween party.

December: our pop-up photo booth with the Mayor of Merton at the Raynes Park Christmas Festival.
